Galaxi engineering technology services Ltd During my internship, I had the opportunity to design an aerosol dispenser, taking full responsibility for its development. This involved not only the overall design but also working on the internal mechanisms and an enclosure that ensured the smooth operation of the entire unit. Additionally, I contributed to other engineering projects, such as the design and optimization of LVTS (Low Voltage Thermal Sensing) heat sinks, which provided me with valuable experience in thermal management and problem-solving in real-world applications.
Development of automatic gun control system using aircraft helmetd – (Funded by NIE AICTE Idealab)

The focus is on designing a helmet that can coordinate with the weaponry system of an aircraft. This helmet design integrates technologies such as Arduino Uno and Arduino IDE for seamless communication between pilot and aircraft systems, the goal being to increase pilot situational awareness and enhance weapon control developed. This project of aerospace technology, combining elements of mechanical engineering, product design, and avionics, We are currently in the prototype development stage and testing to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

Investigation of viscosity and tribological characteristics of cashew nut shell oil and caster oil blends using ZDDP as additives

The investigation aims to analyze the viscosity and tribological (friction, wear, and lubrication) properties of blends comprising cashew nut shell oil and caster oil with the addition of ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphate) as an additive. Cashew nut shell oil and caster oil are both potential candidates for bio-based lubricants due to their renewable and eco-friendly nature. By blending these oils and incorporating ZDDP, which is a common anti-wear and antioxidant additive in lubricants, researchers seek to enhance the performance of the resulting lubricant formulation. Understanding the viscosity behavior and tribological characteristics of these blends is crucial for evaluating their suitability for various industrial applications, offering insights into their potential as sustainable alternatives in lubrication systems.
