1st July – 30th July 2024
- During my internship at Vanilakart, I worked in the legal department, focusing on drafting and preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- My primary role involved assisting universities across India in their pursuit of NAAC accreditation by creating legally sound agreements that aligned with accreditation requirements.
- This experience sharpened my legal drafting skills and deepened my understanding of educational regulations and accreditation processes in India.

- Internship mainly revolved around drafting agreements and notices and file preparing.
- Drafted a Suit for Recovery for the amount INR 15 Lakhs.
- Drafted Eviction Notice for Client asking the other party to vacate the premises.
- Research work done on various topics – S. 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Right to Information where a woman had filed an RTI against her Husband.

- Drafted writs of Habeas Corpus for the complainants which involved detailing the unlawful detention, presenting evidence of illegal confinement, and requesting immediate release which was filed in the Supreme Court.
- Wrote 6 complaints on behalf of legally unaware and illiterate complainants.
- Attended client counseling sessions which helped to understand the basis of counseling an aggrieved along with the party at fault.
- Went with Firdos Khan Mam, who was one of the five members of Delhi Commission for Women on a field visit to a slum area to where women were taught about their rights like the right to education.
